Fish Guarantee Policy & Lease Policy
INDOOR OCEANS®
offers a 10 day guarantee on marine fish for maintenance customers.
Replacement is limited to a one time credit for the value of the fish covered.
INDOOR OCEANS®
should be notified
immediately of a fish loss. A dead fish can be an indication of a larger problem. Since a
dead fish can quickly foul a tank, it is the responsibility of the customer to
immediately remove dead
fish from the aquarium. Failure to promptly remove a dead fish will
void all fish guarantees.
INDOOR OCEANS®
will make every effort to replace fish as soon as possible, however,
replacements will not be added into the aquarium until we are confident that the
new fish will thrive. Fish deaths resulting from parasites or bacterial infections
may take up to 90 days to replace. INDOOR OCEANS®
will generally replace fish within
30 days of parasite eradication. The guarantee does not cover fish deaths resulting
from power outages, abuse, negligence, unauthorized changes to the aquarium system or acts of God.
This policy is subject to change without notice.
Lease customers will be liable for any damage caused to INDOOR OCEANS® property or live
stock due to abuse, negligence or unauthorized changes to the aquarium system. Furthermore,
INDOOR OCEANS®
reserves the right to seize equipment until payment for damaged items has been
received and, if necessary, to liquidate said equipment if payment is not received.
INDOOR OCEANS®
reserves the right to remove any fish replacement credits on late accounts.
