INDOOR OCEANS^® retail prices and maintenance fees are subject to change without notice.  

If we provide maintenance on your system and unless instructed otherwise, INDOOR OCEANS^® will stock your aquarium as necessary to maintain the appropriate number and selection of fish and invertebrates. INDOOR OCEANS^® should be notified immediately of a fish loss.  A dead fish can be an indication of a larger problem.  Since a dead fish can quickly foul a tank, it is the responsibility of the customer to immediately remove a dead fish.

If we provide maintenance on your system, INDOOR OCEANS^® reserves the right to make changes to your aquarium system.  The purpose and intent of any changes are to be beneficial the aquarium system.

INDOOR OCEANS^® is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Normal operating hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Any visit which occurs at the request of the customer that falls outside of the normally scheduled maintenance plan is considered a non-scheduled visit.

Non-scheduled visit charges are as follows:
9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday $70.00
5 pm to 9 am Monday - Friday $90.00
Anytime Weekends or Holidays $100.00

Additional non-scheduled visit hours are billed at $70.
